A platform allows users to create custom chatbots trained on their own data (documents, URLs, etc.) and embed them on websites or use them for internal automation.
This project was a journey where I stepped in as a Lead Product Designer to shape both strategy and direction from the ground up.
Working with Lean UX, I moved through continuous loops of learning and refining, starting with user interviews and gathering both quantitative and qualitative insights, then aligning closely with developers to ensure every decision was practical and buildable.
At the same time, I defined a soft identity for the product, shaping its colors, typography, icons, and UX writing tone from scratch.
The journey is structured in four stages:
Insights Gathering → Interface Planning → Design Execution → Testing & Iteration
The outcome made the journey meaningful for me, and I hope it feels the same to you. ✨
